wonderful
It is really a nice tent. Durable and roomy.I have a 10 months and a 2 year old one and they both fit in there. And some toys. Now that doesn't mean they stay in there. ;-)The first time I put this tent up I was worried that it will be difficult. Of course I had onlookers smerking at me including my husband who thought this was a waste of time and money. But then enjoyed this for his kids. But it was easy to install and also to take down later on.And the kids enjoyed a little area of their own. They were protected from the wind and also could see outside.I put a towel on the floor to give it some cushion. My kids don't sit still much so they/we get use out of it but not like others write where they kids sit and play for hours. That is not us.It folds neatly together and fits into this small carry on bag it comes with.A nice little arrangemnt. Now, the material for the floor is not thick and it even says on the package avoid putting it on hot surface. So you need to put a towel in there or some matt or something that the kids can sit in it. Beachsand can get hot.But that is normal and no big deal. You don't sit on the hot sand neither, but put a towel on it.I can recommend it.I haven't seen any other on the beach or at the pool. As a matter of fact I have never seen anyone else so I can't compare how it hold up to the other tents offered on the market.BUt it is nice and works well.Enjoy.

PERFECT for the beach!!
I wasn't sure if this would be easy to use or if our baby would even sleep in it on our recent beach trip. This product FAR exceeded my expectations. It's compact, easy to set up, and the perfect size for the beach. Three of the sides are ventilated so that there was nice air flow to keep the baby cool. He was never hot or sweaty. It was also nice that the one side was not mesh, so we could turn it so that that side faced the sun. Our 3 month old slept in this peacefully for hours while we were on the beach. We had several people stop and comment on what a great idea this little tent was. We even saw another couple with an older baby in the same tent, and the baby was playing and having a great time. The bottom is waterproof and helps to keep sand out. We did put the diaper bag inside to keep it from blowing, as it was fairly breezy, but this really wasn't a big deal. It kept the diaper bag from getting sandy and it was easier to just put something inside to weigh it down than it would have been to deal with stakes. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who is hesitant about taking a baby to the beach. It was absolutely perfect for protecting him from the sun as well. We did put sunscreen on his skin, but this probably would have provided adequate protection on its own. I wish they had had these when my other kids were little.

Cute!
What a cute little tent. I needed something j could easily bring around wherever and I really didn’t want some monstrosity that takes up three parking spaces and blocks peoples views and is just generally annoying. I don’t sit under shades or tents while at the beach so I didn’t need anything that could also fit me. Just needed something for baby. After adding and removing 900 tents and pop up things to and from my cart I suddenly stumbled upon this little diddy. How cute! And$25?It was hard to tell from review pictures If the poles could be buried into the ground but based on the written parts it seemed that they could not. Which is correct. So this is set up like a standard tent: Poles cross over each other and fit into little sleeves along the tent. The poles can fold down into smaller versions but that gets a little annoying when they like pop out and are flopping everywhere but it’s simple enough. As far I could tell the only way to break down the tent is to remove the poles, fold them up, and then fold the tent. It was up within two minutes, and broken down in about the same time. Bag fits everything fine.despite the fact that this does not come with stakes, or anywhere to use stakes even if you wanted to get them, I did not feel like it was un-sturdy. It wasn’t windy at all the day we used this at a park so it blowing away was not a concern, but even if it were it’s nothing a heavy bag or some plastic baggies with sand in them couldn’t prevent. The poles stretched it out nicely and it felt sturdy and perfect. Baby fit inside great. 9 months old.It was perfect. Great buy, nice and cheap.

which he really enjoyed as he got older
I got this for my son when he was a baby to take to the beach, however, I also set it up inside my house as a play area, which he really enjoyed as he got older. However, I loved it best when I could use it as a nap area and shady place while outdoors. It was easy to set up and is a nice size. Another nice feature is the tent's mesh sides that keep the air flowing, so there's no overheated baby inside when we're outside, and the top of the tent blocks the sun's rays well. It wasn't hard to set up. Once you set it up the first time, it's very easy the next time. It does not take long to take down and it is very light and portable. I highly recommend it.

Good basic tent for an infant to sleep in at beach, but flimsy fiberglass poles broke our first time using it.
We purchased this tent for our beach vacation for our six month old. Overall, it was the perfect size for one baby to sleep in on the beach, set up was super easy and the mat was just cushy enough to be comfortable for a baby. Just in case someone is interested, it is not big enough for kids to play in...you MAY be able to fit two toddlers if they sat still to eat lunch, but they would have to be small toddlers. The closure is Velcro, not a zipper, so it does not keep bugs out. Also, there was no anchor loops/hard wear meaning we had to put something heavy in the tent so it wouldn't blow away when we took our baby out. The spring loaded thin fiberglass support beams broke our first time taking it down. We were not the ones to take it down, someone in our family did, so it could have been user error - but I find it hard to believe that someone broke it that easily. All in all, served purpose, decent basic tent for an infant...but we only got to use once before it broke. If we hear back from manufacturer we will update this post.
