One of the wrost products i have ever purchased through Amazon. It was working fine for last 15 days or so, and today moring the product is dead.. i mean how come a product just drop dead. Now my refund period is over i need to buy again it seems. I am requesting #amazoncustomerservice to look into this issue and permanent removal of the product. These are cheaters are using this platform to sell staf.

This is not an OEM product. Has very poor range. Working isn't seamless as with original product. The glow in dark buttons do not glow in dark. But good news is that having something for your 10 years old aircon is better than nothing.A bit on the pricier side as per quality of sensors.

Product is really nice and there is nothing for which I should have a negative comment. This remote is working fantastic with my Samsung AC. Unpacking to installation was really nice as the instruction sheet has described the SOP ( Standard Operating Procedure) perfectly.

All buttons are working but Remote sensing only works from 4ft distance more than that it's not working. Don't no how many days it going to work.

If u have Ac with least16° it will not even reduce temperature . It will stuck on 20°. Useless if u stay in Delhi /ncr where temp. Rise till 45°.

I tried various remotes to control samsung ac, none of them worked for me. This remote is working fine for my ac. I do not see any issues till now.

The media could not be loaded.  This product (Remote) has stopped working within a month from the date of purchase. Be careful while purchasing this product.

The remote is working just fine, it's sturdy n useful.
