Everything you need to do oil change for my 2013 bmw 328i xdrive. It comes with filter cap (to remove cap), filter, two o rings and crush washer for drain bolt.The filter is the same size as my current filter. Highly recommendedTip: removing the two o rings can be difficult because it is slippery from oil. I recommend using an a blade to cut out the o rings or use a pick.The removal cap needs to be tapped into the filter cap other it don’t go in easily.Torque drain bolt and oil filter cap to 18lbs

I have owned a few jump ropes in the past and this one seems to be different. It does not like any other jump rope with plastic handles I've ever used. I was surprised by the weight of the aluminum handles (hollow allow you to add some weighting material) and I love the weight of this rope. A very lightweight rope usuallyThe handles is smooth but will not slip from my hands easily, as there are some anti-slip design. It looks absolutely unbreakable.I have been in competitive training for many years and its always great to find quality equipment.I highly recommended this rope for anyone. The handles are comfortable, the rope doesn't tangle, and  I can't wait to add them to my workout routine.
