This stuff is amazing! I have tried the Liquid IV and tasted nothing but salt water. I drink more than enough water per day, 80-100 ounces, but realized I didn't feel hydrated. My BF recommended electrolytes. When I saw the last ingredient was Himalayan Salt, I decided to keep looking. I did not want salt water like the IV.I ended up looking at the ingredients and saw that the MG count of sodium was over a third of what others were. So, I gave it a shot.I was not disappointed in any way. The flavor is mild, and tastes great. I actually feel hydrated with all my water. And I dont feel dried out even now that we have hot weather.If you're over the salt water taste of the others, definitely give this a try. My taste buds and yours may not be the same, but it's worth a try.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this electrolyte powder. It’s easy to use, has healthier ingredients than many other brands, and it’s delicious. The serving size is one tablespoon and I just shake it up in a reusable water bottle. I often use my 30 ounce water bottle so it’s a little more diluted but I like it in the large amount of water as well as the smaller recommended amount. When I used the powder I notice that I drink my water so much faster having to refill which keeps me perfectly hydrated. On days I run out of powder or go out without making my water bottle of electrolyte water I can definitely tell the difference in my hydration level and the amount of water I drink.Works well to hydrate, doesn’t cause any stomach discomfort, and I haven’t noticed any adverse side affects other than going to the bathroom more because I’m drinking way more water!Would highly recommend!This brand also sells single serving packets which is super helpful for on the go!

I’ve been having the worst foot twitches, all night & all day! I used a few other electrolytes in whole-foods, magnesium spray & magnesium foot soak which helped but didn’t stop the twitches at night!! Since day 1 of using this, the foot twitches have stopped. Thank God it was driving me mad. Tastes great & low sugar!

This powder tastes great and it’s the cleanest flavored electrolyte powder I’ve found, HOWEVER, it has barely any electrolytes in it! 0% the daily requirement for calcium, potassium, chloride, phosphorus. It has a tiny bit of magnesium and calcium and sodium, that’s it. I don’t see the point in using this aside from making water taste good. It’s too expensive for that. Please update this formula so that it is actually an electrolyte powder. This is just expensive lemon flavoring.

Wanted to like this because it’s organic and without natural flavors but the taste was just off for me. Initial flavor is good but there’s an aftertaste I don’t like. I also didn’t realize it had so little sodium and other electrolytes, didn’t really seem like there’s enough in there to help replenish what I lose particularly when I sweat and in the summer so maybe if they worked on a stronger formula and better taste, I’d consider trying that. Back to looking for a more natural alternative to Redmond’s Re-Lyte I go…

I saw this product and liked that it had a lot of good reviews. So, I figured give it a shot. I wanted something that wasn't super sugary or made you feel like you needed to drink MORE WATER to quinch your thirst (no names but a certain wetland reptile comes to mind) =PHere's my breakdown:** Taste: Excellent! It's light but you can tell what it is. Very refreshing and doesn't make you feel like you have dry mouth from sugar.** Effective: I do a lot of rucking in the mountains and it can get pretty warm in the summer. I generally ruck between 7-12 miles and I'm pretty beat after. After using this product a couple of times there is a difference I noticed. I don't get winded ad much and I generally feel like I have more gas in the tank.** Price point/Quantity: This is where is it hurts. At the time i could only get the 1lb size. And for what I paid ($28 and change) that kind of hurt. After 2 uses (2 TBS/24oz bottle) I'm almost out! If you're going to get this, get it in bulk and go for the $44 deal.I'm also a little curious about the amount of ingredients you get. Yes, it's only the label so you can see but upon review I was a bit shocked. There's all this talk about minerals and pink salt and sea salt...but looking at the package, you're mostly getting Vitamin C and Magnesium. Granted, both of those do a lot for the human body but...it was just an interesting observation is all.** Overall: This product does the drink and it tastes great as well. The only way to beat it would be coconut water or pickle juice. If you're gonna purchase it, go big! I would order this again.

This is the Best! I used to buy liquid IV and Nuun. I won’t anymore since purchasing this product. It’s so much healthier and refreshing! I live in SW Florida and it’s hot here people. I need all of the electrolytes I can get. Wow when we had the hurricanes this year. This was a game changer when we didn’t have power and we needed something to replenish our bodies from the heat. If you haven’t given this a try please do. I have converted all of my family members over to this product. My kids play sports and their friends love it. Worth every penny! Bless ya!

I wanted something to help me stay hydrated that didn’t have sugar but still tastes good and refreshing. The clean ingredients had an instant impact and I felt better and hydrated. I wasn’t too impressed with the taste and wanted to try a different brand with similar ingredients and price.I tried Truwild’s watermelon lemonade and actually love the flavor (despite 0 sugar OR stevia). It has also mixed in a lot better.These are hands down the best all-natural electrolytes that I have found and need them during every workout or day in the sun. Would highly recommend either option depending on taste preference :)
