Review: Excellent resource for flock management - This book is an excellent reference guide for anyone with poultry. Itโs much more reliable than internet searches and easy to read & understand. I have found it invaluable, I recently started my first flock, and I refer to it often. So glad I saw this on a Reddit feed, it was a good purchase! Review: Doโs and donโts - Great information on raising poultry!

Book as advertise but stinky of perfume
Book in great shape, arrived as planned. I would have given 5 stars if it werenโt for the awful perfum smell I canโt get rid off after airing the book for days outside!

Helpful, and maybe the best money Iโve spent on a book
It took me a week to read it from cover to cover itโs only about like 300 pages and spilts sections up coherently. Very detailed for a book about multiple species of poultry, I never lived on a farm until now and I am confident I can raise the geese, chickens and ducks I bought this book to teach me.

Very useful!
I have read several other books on chickens. This book because it covered all kinds of poultry. I thought I would use it as more of just a reference for a few topics. But I could not put it down and read it from cover to cover. There were so many important and interesting topics. Very useful!

Great Resource for beginners and the curious.
Met our expectations and then some. We enjoy all the Storey's Guides that we have purchased to date. They are simplistic yet detailled. The combination of all the "Storey's" poultry books have ensured we have a sustainable family poultry business :) We now raise peafowl, pheasants, turkey's, 11 varieties of heritage breed chickens and 2 types of hybrids. Thanks to these guides we will also try raising quail this year :)
