Good heavyweight cotton.Should last a long time.

I purchased just one of these initially and found that the Medium fit more like a Large, as well being unnecessarily long. But because I planned to wear it mostly for working in the shop, I was happy enough with the heft and thickness of the shirt, to not both returning it.After the initial wash, I noticed that the shirt shrunk a bit. After the third or fourth wash, it shrunk just a bit more, as well as getting a bit softer. I rolled the dice and purchased the remaining two alternate colors and put them in the wash as well and got the same results with these as well.Long story short, I purchased all three colors and after a handful of washes since then, they all fit perfectly and now I wish a few more color options were available for this same series of Dickies t-shirts.It's held up very well even after numerous washes. So much so that I've finally thrown out some old, tattered t-shirts my wife has been nagging me about for YEARS, as these t-shirts have held up very well. I expect them to last for a few years easily.

I’m pretty vain, got this shirt in a small to hopefully have a slender fitting shirt, I’m 6’ tall 160lbs and the collar is somewhat close to a tight fit but elastic so not an issue but the amount of rooms in the sleeves and waist makes me look like a toddler hahaOriginally thought heavyweight meant a dense thread count and while I still think it does, I’m more inclined to think it means for heavyweight fits. Almost got this in a medium but in retrospect I would’ve looked like a kid using his dads shirt as a smock for finger paintingClearly sized for plus sized Americans, that being said, I would’ve given this 3 stars or less had the material not been so darn good. Definitely gonna be a good shirt for the machine shop, but I’m probably not gonna stock up on 4-5 more like I wanted to if the sizing was better for a more slender person such as myself, but I understand that isn’t exactly the target demographic so I’m not gonna fault them for that. It’s a work shirt, not a piece of designer mumbo jumbo

I have two XL Dickies T Shirts that are smaller and fit nicely. The older shirts were zlso made with heavier material. This is a nice shirt, but not unusually heavy. It is the size you would expect.

I am not a large man but have wide shoulders. I always bought a medium Carhartt but the arms and body are too long and baggy. Now Carhartt has gone with a "loose" and a "relaxed" fit for choices. Even wearing a small the necklines are way to baggy and the relaxed is cut too "stylish", not enough room. So I tried the Dickies small and I really like them. I figure that over time with washing they will loosen a bit and that will be fine. The only thing I dislike and that is minor is that there are four labels on the shirt. Not at the neck/shoulder but there are 3 rayon (?) labels on the inside at the left bottom hem giving item care instructions in a slew of languages. Then on the same place on the outside of the shirt is a small label that says Dickies. At least it is not up on the chest. My wife will take out the three inner ones. Great shirt!

I dont use hot water to wash my clothes. I line dry only. Maybe it's because I put them on a hanger after drying but the neck gets very loose in a short amount of time. Price is decent but won't buy again.

Very comfortable shirt! Seams do not irritate. All cotton blend. I think these are some of the most comfortable T - shirts ever: and I am very picky about seams, I have resorted to turning nasty seamed shirts inside - out in the past because the seams irritated me ,but this brand is great. Strongly recommend. I use them for work and they seem to withstand alot of washings and wear.

Little big but that is expected with Dickies. Colour and quality are still there after solid wear/tear and countless washes.

It has been a long since I bought a t shirt that I genuinely like. either they are too tight fitting, too short or too thin or just ridiculously expensive for what it is. this is a very nice quality T shirt. it fits me really nicely and it has a nice 'weighty' feel to it. I think it is fair to say, like T shirts used to be.. I love it! And I got it in the black friday sale for £14.99! I do think this is worth more but for that price it is a real bargain!
