I bought these to extend the distance of my linkbox for my Vive Pro VR Headset. It has worked great so im not as limited to how far i need to be away from my PC while in VR.

I was hoping for a cable that felt like it was forged in the fires of Mount Doom, but instead, I got something that feels more like it was assembled in a mildly determined factory. That said, it does work, and that’s what really matters.These Cable Matters USB A to A 3.0 cables do their job—they transfer data at USB 3.0 speeds, and I haven’t run into any performance issues. I tested them with multiple devices, and they maintained a solid connection without any unexpected drops. If you’re looking for pure functionality, they absolutely deliver.However, the build quality leaves a little to be desired. The cables feel a bit flimsy, and the connectors don’t have that satisfying, secure “click” you get from higher-end cables. They plug in just fine, but I worry about long-term durability with repeated use. I wouldn’t go yanking them out aggressively unless you enjoy living on the edge.Overall, for the price, they’re a decent buy. Needed more of these for KVM setup, work great, not too long but long enough. Recommended.

I bought this to run through the wall from a room upstairs to the living room downstairs. It's about 10ft apart, but I bought the 15ft cord to be safe. I have this in the wall, with a 3ft cord from the wall to the computer, and a powered USB hub with a 3ft cord on the other end. No issues at all, I can use a keyboard, mouse, and sim racing rig all through the one cable just fine.
