CFF Double Under Dual Ball Bearing Speed Rope, 11-Feet, Pink Jump Rope

I bought this rope specifically because it was similar to one of the name-brand ones I had seen at my CrossFit gym - I was specifically looking for the double ball-bearing on each end. However, the ball bearing that allows the rope to pivot (the one that surrounds the rope) was much smaller than the ones I had seen. That ball bearing also tended to catch on the coating of the rope itself, not allowing it to move very freely. The silver bearing at the end of the handle on one side was grinding, almost like it needed grease - this just got worse with time. I only had this rope for a couple months tops and I'm writing in past tense because it already broke. I dropped it on the floor at the gym during a workout and the fitting that connected the handle to the rope snapped in half. I will be replacing it with one of the name-brand ropes I have seen at the gym.

Liked it mostly. It broke the first week and I had to figure out how to fix it. They sent no tools to help.
