Very strong reinforcement and adhesion with this tape.
This tape worked exactly as advertise on the website, perfectly. This tape had very good adhesion, also released from the backing paper very easily. Making it easy to start. Was easy to apply. The thickness/mill combined with the mesh made a very strong tape. Because of the very strong adhesion of this tape once applied the ends and seams we're almost invisible. The strength of the tape and adhesive factors of this tape work so well that when taped to itself to try to pull it apart you would actually have to destroy the tape before it would come apart from itself.

Sticky. What else can you say? This is the proper tape for foil-faced duct insulation. For some reason the big home centers don't carry it

Easy to use. Stays stuck
I bought this about a month ago to repair holes in the insulation in the basement of the house that I recently bought. It was easy to apply. It looks good, and blends in so well that if you didn’t know it was a patch you probably wouldn’t think it. I highly recommend this.

Extremely sticky and that's a good and a bad thing....
I love this tape and its incredible holding strength and durability. However I noticed when I buy this tape on amazon its a hit or miss vs local supply houses and box stores. When you get in the mail I recommend cutting a few short pieces and checking the follow....1. Is it extremely tackiness (if you can put it on piece of metal and insulation and easily pull it off its a bad batch.2. hold the adhesive side in the light to make sure the whole tape is cover in adhesive. I've had one or two rolls that only had 3/4 of it covered.( Edges with no adhesive and tones in the center.)3.Shiny finish should have a slight roughness to it. It should feel like plane paper...If it pass these test you won't have a problem with it. Other then it being difficult to peal due to its adhesion strength. I would rather that be an issue than having it peal up like other products I've tried.

Easy to work with
I used this to cover seams on the kraft paper side of fiberglass insulation and it was easy to cut and apply. It sticks very well and the price is cheap considering you get 75 yards. Highly recommended.

Stickier than most but still not sticky enough
What happened to tape over the past 10 years? Now, cleaning everything with 90% isopropyl makes it stick a little better but after only a month I see this stuff is starting to peel off of the newly installed HVAC unit, peforming about the same as the old unbraided Home Depot stuff I used to use. Doesn't anyone make tape that sticks any more? In years past even that cheap metal foil tape that HD sells would almost pull your skin off if it stuck to your arm accidentally. Today the HD metal tape is something for the kids to play with, not something to use professionally. And this stuff here which I started having to buy instead of that old foil tape, well now the stickiness of it is starting to prove as much of a joke as the old HD plain foil tape. How unsticky will tape get before the people complain? Well consider this the first :-)
