We all need a very organized way to attack the CFP courses. Matthew Brandeburg has provided a great resource that is concise enough to help in memorizing key facts, but thorough enough to keep you on track for a more in depth understanding. I recently completed the Taxation course via the American College and used these flashcards as a supplement to the text and practice exams. It was just what I needed and was a very affordable tool that helped me pass the test for the course.

This book covers all the necessary tax topics for the CFP exam. I'm using this book and the Investment book as part of the same series to study for the July CFP exam and so far I'm satisfied with the content.

This book contains a lot of necessary information for me to study the key concepts of tax planning. I recommend it!

I like the flashcard format. Provides a good way to get feedback on whether your studying is on track and as a way to pre-test to see what you know. Use it to complement my detailed but sometimes long-winded study resources.

It has been a number of years since I studied taxes. This book brings everything I need for the CFP Exam into an easy to study format.

Solid help but only glosses over the topics.

Awesome study material. I'm currently studying for the CFP exam and all four books in the series are extremely helpful. In particular, the tax planning book is very good. These books are perfect for someone who does not have the time to read huge books and prefers an efficient study guide format.Also, I would recommend these books to any financial professional that wants to broaden their knowledge, not just those interested in CFP certification.I also passed all sections of the CPA exam last August and this book would have been a great study guide for REG.

I was researching for quality CFP material at affordable prices and I found Matthew's Flashcard Review Book: Tax planning. I quickly learned that he also has a CFP study guide and workbook that I have found to be the best thing I've invested in preparation for the CFP exam. If you have not decided on a supplemental study system for the CFP exam, you'll be glad you haven't because Matthew's study material along with his available tutor's make his system the best supplemental study system in the market. I also have invested in other material, but this is a great way to build a foundation and get some one-on-one tutoring to strengthen your weaknesses. This self-study material will provide additional study material that will strengthen your foundation across all subjects tested in the CFP exam.
