One of a Kind
I haven't been living under a rock, but this is the first time that I have seen a high chair built anything like this. The ones I have used before all seemed to look and work pretty much the same way. This one was so unique looking that I decided to give it a try. I'm glad that I did!The construction quality of this product is absolutely amazing. Outside of the plastic supporting legs, the entire chair is built like a piece of quality vintage furniture, although it is made to look quite modern and stylish. This definitely is not one of those items that you will simply toss away when your child grows up. Even after they outgrow it the chair is something that you can hand down to your kids, and their kids.Although it looks quite complex from the outside, setting it up is incredibly simple. You don't really even need to read the instructions. Without a doubt, next to the build quality, the best thing about this high chair is the innovation that went into the design to make it as safe and stable as possible while minimizing size and weight. The chair is not that heavy, but it is incredibly stable and safe. Speaking of safe, there is not a single square corner or hard edge an the chair anywhere. It really is a remarkable design.Once I finished marveling over it's design I found it very practical to use. The adjustable foot rest is such a great idea. It is easy to get baby in and out of while still being very secure. Clean up is very simple and there really are no parts that can stain. I'm not sure if the chair can hold the entire 330 lb capacity it claims to, but it definitely is built more solid than any other chair I have seen. Besides, if you have a 330 lb child I'm guessing that a high chair is the least of your problems!About the only downside worth speaking of is how far out the supporting legs extend from the chair. Although the chair itself uses up a minimum of space the "footprint" is definitely larger than I am used to. The legs are shaped in a way that they would be difficult to trip over though and added stability they provide are definitely worth the trade off.One last thing is worth mentioning. If you have to travel with this, the entire chair comes apart easily and takes up a bare minimum of space compared to other high chairs. The shipping box that it arrived in was shocking small compared to the ones that my other chairs came in. Again, that's part of the genius of the design though. It's made to make the maximum use out of the least amount of material while still being safer and more durable.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Absolute garbage instructions. I had to google separately to find adequate instructions. Their instructions in the package are a 50 page pamphlet where the "instructions" are a one page diagram. For reference, I put together my Mockingbird High Chair COMPLETELY ON MY OWN in half an hour while 8 months pregnant.I spent 40 minutes on JUST THE BASE of this chair before giving up. I am livid I wasted my time. Will never buy another stokke product again. Will update on the actual chair after a while of using it.

Really is for all ages
My kids are older than toddlers, so when I was offered the opportunity to try out the Nomi chair, I wasn’t sure if it was really for us. I contacted Nomi directly and asked if there were any photos of the chair with a teen or adult using the chair. They replied, cheerfully, in less than a day, with a picture of an adult man using the chair. It looked to work just fine, so I decided to go ahead and test the chair out. I’m so glad I did. It became a favorite chair within a day. It’s quite comfortable to sit in. It’s lightweight, which makes it easy to slide up to the table and back. Personally, when I use it, I love the way it feels to have the single base, rather than a leg in each corner. It has a bit of flex to it, which feels good. That, coupled with the freedom of movement the chair offers, due to the open shape of the seat and back, is so nice. Just a delightful chair. But that’s JustMe.

Great versatile chair
We love this chair. It was easy to assemble and the keys to tighten the screws even store within the seat itself. The adjustable footrest and seat make the chair so versatile. My almost 3 year old loves sitting in it. It makes him feel like a big kid and is very comfortable for him due to the footrest. We used to have a booster type seat on a regular chair and he was constantly trying to put his feet on the table because they had nowhere to go. The chair is light weight and easy to move around. My only problem is that now it's so easy for him to continuously get down on his own during meals. The chair is quite expensive, so it's a good thing it's adjustable and will last for years. It really is an investment. Without this I could see that we probably would have transition through a few different items that wouldn't have worked as well before he made it to a regular chair. This saved the hassle, so if you want to invest in one chair that will last, this might be it.

Elegant, simple to assemble, and inclusive and freeing for the child
This is an elegant, simple looking chair. After about thirty seconds of being baffled as to how these pieces would go together, I quickly got the hang of it and assembled it in about twenty minutes. What I love the most about this chair is that unlike most high chairs which seem to wall kids off from the family and trap kids, this chair lets the kid siddle up to the table and have her legs free to kick around. Our daughter absolutely loves the footrest. My wife loves how much more compact the Nomi is compared to a standard high chair. The Nomi is also super stable and light weight.Final note: I had a question about a minor issue with the chair and contacted Nomi's US customer support. I was astounded by how quickly they responded to me and with particularity and addressed my concerns. Very impressive.Highly recommended.
