LTMT1 Low Tack Masking Tape, 25mm

It's catching on my watercolour paper plus letting paint in below it.

I do water colours and got fed up with masking tape ripping my paper but this tape is really low tack so does not rip - i do stick it to my board with stronger tape over the top though to keep it secure

Love this masking tape for cutting stencils and to hold material to cutting mat. Most tapes are difficult to rip and too sticky, this is low tack and really easy to handle. Haven't used it to paint walls yet, so can't comment on whether it's suitable for that, but will definitely try it the next time I'm painting a wall, since it's quick and easy to handle unlike other tapes I've tried.

Easy to handle and can lift off and adjust on watercolor paper and did not tear too easily as previous tape did but it did stick to the paper and cause a slight damage to the surface of the paper in one corner of one painting.

Bought this as I couldn’t find any suitable tape locally. It does the job, easy to tear and comes away easily without removing the surface it was applied to. I left some on for12 hours and it came away cleanly. Good price as well. Definitely will use again. I used it for emulsion paint masking and as long as it’s removed soon after , it does the job.

Standard masking tape was tearing my watercolour paper. This still holds the paper in place for wet washes but is easier to remove, I'm very happy with it.

I have recently resumed airbrush painting and found a few times that "low tack" tapes damaged the paper when removed sometimes. Inspired by many positive reviews, I decided to try this tape and so far it has held paper firmly enough, but still been removed easily without causing any damage. So so far, so good :-)

Perfect to use around paper when it painting or drawing. Stops you from painting on the table and ensures a nice clean edge. Feels quite tacky on placement but peels away easily without tearing the paper. Also useful for diy.
