It's a good size since it needs to be cleaned weekly and the birds don't drink that much in a week. It has a gasket where some other designs don't, so it doesn't leak. It's clear on the bottom to see the birds dip into the liquid. The large looped lanyard is good to easily take down and put back up. Other designs have a small eyelet that required tilting which drips liquid and makes a mess.

Absolutely do not forget to put the rubber seal it comes with otherwise the whole contents will spill out.Good seal but hold it steady when putting it back after cleaning & refilling. It leaks easily and also when it's quite windy. Birds love it. Easy to clean and refill.

this glass feeder is easy to keep clean and actually does keep bees out of the nectar. the perch is perfect for the hummingbirds.
