The most important thing to me about this product is build quality and thereby, longevity. I really hate how they want you to rate things a week or 2 after getting them. Ask me in 5 yrs and then I'll have an opinion that is valuable. Then again, by then this product will likely no longer exist or long ago have been replaced by a some gizmo that is cheaper and does the job much better!! Sigh! So I can say that the build quality 'looks' good and I think it will last at least as long as the apple charger. The weakest link seems to be the cable to the computer from the brick as the wire seems pretty thin (= to the apple charger or perhaps a bit thinner). I really like, from a design standpoint - that both cables plug into power brick meaning, theoretically, that you could replace just a single cord instead of the entire charger (ala Apple) if something breaks. Good news: the cables are all sturdily reinforced at the common bend locations, EXCEPT (bad news) the place where it is most needed and where all my apple chargers have failed first - the cable going into the computer. It has a weak looking, short reinforcement that certainly looks MUCH less beefy than the other stress points. The USB outlets are interesting but I've only used them once or twice. At this early point in its life, I think it is a very good value cf to the Apple charger. Hope this helps.

after couple months it still work fine ill update my feedback after a year and as we know some productwill stop working after a while but for now its ok , another thing id like to mention please don't leave devices in the charge over night not only to cause fire but overcharge will make battery not usefulnowadays when ur leaving the house unplagued everything ' save the electric bill ' you know what I am talking bout for sure . peace

This is significantly more reliable and flexible than the typical MacBook charger. So far I've had this for years, with lots of daily use, and traveling often. The cords provide good flexibility and the USB ports are helpful.

Had this for a few months now. Initially the product worked very well. After a couple of months of pretty much daily use and traveling with the unit, the cable connecting to the laptop because to malfunction. It would only charge the laptop if it was rotated to a specific point. I contacted the seller and within 2 days (this was over the holiday season) I had a response. They immediately sent me a new cable which arrived in less than 2 days. I have to say this is quickest and best customer service from an Amazon vendor I've had. The device comes with a one year warranty so this is low risk purchase for anyone who has doubts.

This charger has worked great for me so far (I've had it for a couple of months). It works perfectly with my 2014 15" MacBook Pro, and I use it for charging most of my devices, since the multiple USB ports are quite convenient. Fast charging works for my cell phone too. My only complaint is that this charger makes a noise when charging devices through the USB ports. It's not a big deal during the day, but at night it can be annoying. I normally put it in a drawer when charging my phone overnight, so I don't have to hear the buzzing sound it makes. It also has a pretty bright blue light, but putting it in a drawer solves that problem too.

When it worked it was fine but it died 12 months in (completely dead not a bad cable)

I use this with my MacBook Pro and have a few usb cables tied into all the time. I love that I can just plug my devices into it right there. However, if I want to use it outside or in another room I have to unplug everything first. It would have been great if it somehow could have been detachable like the original Apple chargers. That being said, it’s a great replacement

It seems like every new iteration of the MacBooks loose valuable ports. This is just the perfect solution! Why wouldn't Apple integrate USB into their high $$ chargers? This arrived today and it is flawlessly charging by laptop and my phone through the USB block. Only slightly larger than the factory 85W Magsafe adapter and with the dual cord design you get good reach from it. I may buy another one and leave it plugged in at home as a USB hub that I can conveniently plug my laptop into when at my desk. Excellent value for the money and I hope it lasts.
