Blades are very sharp and easy to use. Plus there are a variety of different blades. The size of the recepticle is large enough to hold sliced items, for an entire meal for a family. The blades are durable and quality of product is great. Very easy to clean.

This makes slicing vegetables so easy and comes with different sizes to obtain the perfect thickness of your food. It is so much faster than using a knife and safer.

This is our second Fullstar mandoline slicer. We dulled the 2mm slicer through heavy use slicing carrots for pet treats - a lot of heavy use. It has worked well for us. The only reason we did not give this one 5 stars is because our first one, a slightly less expensive model, included a holder for the slicer blades. This one does not. The blade holder is handy for storing and sorting blades. I tried using the storage container from the older model, but the blades from this one, but they don't fit. I like the fact that the lid on this one is clear, giving better visibility of the sliced product. The first slicer worked well and cleaned up easily. I'm expecting the same from this one.

Pros:1. The product is very sturdy, plastic is heavy.2. Comes with different blades for slicing all veggies.3. I used to slice onions, potatoes using knives, grate veggies by cutting them into small pieces, with this the time was reduced to by 90%.Cons:1. The blades are super sharp, need to be very careful while cleaning or you could deep cut your fingers

I love it. It works very well; it has so many different usages, it is out of this world. It is easy to use, the instructions are great and I love the outcome. It is very durable and easy to clean.

Mixed bag.#1 The blades are VERY SHARP. They absolutely warn you repeatedly for good reason. I sliced two fingertips immediately. DO NOT USE WITHOUT the PUSHING handle.#2 the plate that covers the catch box is not that secure. It could use a rubber gasket to really sit tightly. It does have a lip but given the sharpness I ‘d like a stronger platform.It definitely works .. nice even slices etc… just be careful - don’t let kids or dementias or nut cases near it.

Yeah, so I did not use the "Michael Jackson" safety glove which came with the set, and managed to almost lost a small chunk of a ring finger when just trying to gently nudge a stuck bit of zucchini inside. I barely applied any pressure and could not believe how sharp the blade was! WOW.Now I either use the glove or never cut down to anywhere near the blade or touch it. I even clean it without my hand going near the blades, lol. But hey, it slices like a dream, lol.

Very easy to use and clean, so many different ways to cut whatever you want. Love the guard because the blades are sharp!
