This product was for my active 6 year old and I thought it Held up very well. Fit nice. I think it might be $5 higher than other products but it’s worth the extra $5. Other products I had bought fell apart and this did its job and did it well.

Love that it is Velcro and easily adjusted. So nice that it has two straps that cross cross around the back. Takes the pressure off the neck and shoulder. Also didn’t slip down the way all the others did.

My 5-year old daughter broke her clavicle and the cheap sling and strap from the doctors office wasn't cutting it. Ordered this hoping it would provide better support and immobilization and was not disappointed. It is does a great job for the intended purpose. Her arm is slightly too short for her hand to stick out the other side but we were able to roll it back a little to give her hand some breathing room. This was important as the material this is made from is very thick and hot which caused her hand to sweat excessively. The Velcro closures are the strongest stuff known to man. This is good in that it stays in place and definitely doesn't come loose but can also be a hassle when putting it on. The Velcro will reach out and grab on to anything it gets close to and getting it to release takes some effort. Overall, a good purchase and would buy again.

Soft, adjustable for different sizes and comfort, active little ones can’t escape this one (and don’t want to because it is comfortable and has bright green color they love), easy to write and color on to make more fun for little ones. $ very well spent!

Our 6 year old avarage sized girl dislocated her shoulder and fractured it too. She had to have surgery and this product has been wonderful for her. It helps her neck not feel as sore as a traditional sling. I have to change her bandage eachday and so far the velcro shows no signs of wearing out. Very pleased!

I bought this for my 4 year old son. He got a buckle fracture to the right wrist and has a full arm cast. We couldn’t get his little arm to stay in the sling with how active he is. We bought this and it’s been incredible. He doesn’t slip out and it immobilizes the arm- which is what it was intended for. Recommend, especially for little ones that dont seem to stay in their slings. Light weight and easy to use!

Our 3 year old boy broke his collarbone, and after running around to many different places we were unable to find an appropriate sling. I was worried that this would be too big, but it was super easy to adjust to his size. He's now healing well and no longer needs the sling. For reference, he's about 35 pounds and 95 cm tall. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with keeping a young kid in a sling for any amount of time!
