I was wondering what is the length of your figure 8 strap from end to end?

The Smalls that I use regularly are 10 inches long in the standard figure 8 shape. That is outside measurement. I also have Mediums which are 11.25 inches in length.

Can I trade in for a bigger size?

The vendor is extremely helpful if you email them directly. They sent me a different size without cost. Great customer service!

I have 6 inches wrists, so I wonder if the medium might be too big?

Medium fit's 5.8-10inches and is the largest size we recommend to athletes overall. Large we primarily recommend for axle bars or people with wrist measurements over 10inches.
