Scanmask Steinernema Feltiae (Sf) Beneficial Nematodes for Natural Insect Pest Control, 100 Million Size

This is the second year we’ve used this product and couldn’t be happier! We have been fighting Japanese beetles for a while and can’t beat them. This was my last ditch effort before pulling up all of my gorgeous rose bushes. Last year I bought half this amount and it had a drastic impact on our infestation. I doubled the amount of beneficial nematodes this year and am hopeful it will shut the beetles down. When this package arrived I had it in the refrigerator two days. Right before applying to my yard I looked under a microscope to see if they had survived and was very pleased to see they had and they were thriving. I immediately applied and now await the result for this year with the doubling of the quantity used. Highly recommend.

great packing for shipping. Coolers carefully and well packed. This stuff nematodes eat the damaging bug and then the eggs of nasty crop destroying bugs, and the larva as well. wonderful stuff!!

I bought this big amount because I’m giving it a try, nothing else has worked. For 10 years, we haven’t been able to keep a green lawn. I thought this was a new twist and I liked that it was organic. I have a cat so I don’t want to hurt her! I wish I could tell you it worked, but it’s too early to tell. Oh, and the best thing is that it came a day early! I put it out that night!

Didn’t work as promised however company has extremely good customer service and made it right by sending me a different strain. I will update my review after giving the product some time to work.

This really does do its job, Watered entire garden, and applied with my hand water sprayer. turned on as many sprinklers as I could, We did have lots of rain for a couple of days after. "Heigh-ho, the derry-o Sing it high, sing it low Ding dong, the wicked wireworms are dead". I have a huge garden and a few years back I quit growing potatoes as the wireworms were destroying any of my efforts. Bean plants would start dying, I could watch one plant after another having their roots stripped. Planting corn I would have 3 to 6 worms just feasting on each kernel, How I got any corn was miraculous in the least, Brocolli were goners, Could not plant large seeds as they would eat the insides before they could germinate. Watermelon... Fat chance, they really like them. I could grow onions but had to keep the soil away from the top. I finally had to transplant most plants, planting seeds were not an option anymore. If a strawberry even slightly touch the ground there would be a few eating the berries heart out. Yesterday while weeding I did find 1 or 2 stragglers, If you have any click beetles "kill them" as they are the parents of this pest. I do not use pesticides in the garden so to get rid of the click beetles I make a small shallow pit and put the pulled weeds in the middle, Pick up the weed in a day or so and squish any beetles trying to escape. I did try potato sticks to attract the worms but killing thousands of worms on them was just too time-consuming. I used to show the kids that if you would turn the beetle over they would "Click" their middle and be upright, I used to let them go. (Thats probably why i had so many). I will be purchasing more Beneficial Nematodes for the rest of my property to control the other pests listed. Thank you for having a product that really does work!

This product did not perform as advertised. It actually turned my lawn yellow. Grub worms and insects still devoured parts of my lawn.

This is the second year I have used BioLogic's Scanmask Beneficial Nematodes and my lawn looks fantastic. I have not had to use pesticides at all but once each year to get rid of the general nuisance bugs that fly around my yard, and if I did not care about them I would not need to use pesticides at all.It takes time but the results are great and I always spray the Nematodes at least 10 feet into my neighbors yard to keep ground pests from migrating into my yard.The price is good too so no complaints there but the 100 million package is the best deal over all.

I was struggling all spring with flea beetles devouring all my flowers. Within a couple of days of applying the beneficial nematodes, I didn't see any flea beetles anymore and my flowers bounced back and produced healthy flowers. I have several acres so I mixed them in a 55 gallon barrel and used water cans (following mixing instructions from BioLogic). I'll be back for more in the spring for sure!
