This is a great option to help your poor, teething baby. You just fill the pacifier with water, place in the freezer, and then you have frozen binky to soothe their little gums. The size of the pacifier is good, easy to fill, and easy to clean. My only negative with the product is it’s not very easy to hold for my kids. My son and daughter had trouble placing this is their mouths themselves. My husband and I had to hold it in place at times so it wouldn’t fall out, because my son or daughter wouldn’t be able to use on their own.

This thing is amazing! My 4mo is teething early and he's not taken to regular teething toys (including freezable ones) so I bought this in a last ditch effort to find something that would provide him relief.After washing and sterilizing (obviously) I filled the nippi with distilled water and popped it in the freezer. It froze quickly and gave it to my son who was SCREAMING, and as soon as it hit his mouth he was totally calm, looking around like nothing in the world had ever been wrong. Like magic.It's easy to clean, easy to use, and very well made- the material is medical grade silicone (BPA free) and very durable. So far no leaks, and I'm fully confident leaking will never be an issue. The closure is very snug (I actually had to put quite a bit of effort into getting it closed, which I consider a GOOD thing) so I can actually use the loop on the closure to put it on a pacifier clip so it won't fall to the floor.The nippi is definitely worth the money. I came back to buy 2 more, as well as the pack that includes one nippi and the ice tray that's nippi shaped. I highly recommend this to every parent!

These only work long enough for the ice right along the edges to start to melt, a minute max. That minute could be life or death for the start of naptime though, and she actually latches on them while trying to sleep at least (other teethers are too bulky). Perfect for that in between stage when you're trying to get them down, otherwise, not so much.Also, don't do what my husband did and sit he thing in the freezer on it's backside. The ice will NOT be in the nipple, and the fussy baby will NOT be happy.

The media could not be loaded. My 8 mo daughter was excited to use this and quickly put it in her mouth. I think it’s a brilliant idea that you can make the pacifier, nice and cold for their teeth and mouth. However, unfortunately it melts crazy fast. The whole thing was melted within about 15 minutes. It also can leak. Because it’s frozen it makes it hard for my baby to really suck on it. She mostly just plays with it for a few minutes and it’s done. I bought the refillable ice cube trays, but I will be returning it since we don’t find true value in this product. It melts so fast that it is a hassle.

My granddaughter was looking for something cold while teething, and this was perfect. I didn't even know they made these until I did some research. I will be adding this to my new baby/shower gifts for new parents.

My baby loves this! Helps so much with his gum discomfort. I just wish it could somehow stay frozen longer
