I live in an area with consistant winds. What wind speed will this withstand?

is it 10ft once secured in the ground? or 10ft minus 1 ft in ground = 9ft....?

The windmill is measured from the top tip of the fan, to the bottom of the legs without the ground anchors. The anchors are not included in the overall height measurement. The windmill itself is 10 ft.

anyway to get a closeup picture of the upper ends of the legs coming out of the "tower top"? Not sure I got it right.
