So far I've use my ring light to do MANY live events (Zoom/Google Meets/ Microsoft Teams) as well as recording video for local commercials/promotions and this light has worked like a charm. I've only had it for a few months so I don't know the long levity of the product but so far so good. For the price point and quality of light, you get the bang for the buck. I was worried about the ring light size, too big or too small but this is the perfect size for any small-mid size space and produces plenty of light. Plus I can dim the light if I'm too close so the light doesn't shine off my bald head. Bottom line, for the price, I feel it was a great deal.

I started making YouTube videos where I talk in my room, and so far his light has drastically helped the quality of my videos. It get’s really bright! I only need to turn it about half way up and it lights me up perfectly. My only small complaint is that the mount won’t allow you to mount your phone / camera inside the ring, which would be ideal, but I was able to rig it so i could hang my Logitech camera on the ring so it worked out perfectly. Hopefully it lasts me a while. I recommend this to anyone who wants good lighting to make YouTube videos.

For the value on Amazon, this is so easy to use, easy to build, great lighting color options, and pretty stable. I will say the light cover will come off easily with messed with or dropped, but it sticks right back on. This is so great for filming needs!!

I found about ring lights in one of the local stores and ended up buying these from Amazon the next day. They are totally worth it. I attended office meeting today for the first time because of this light as I was much presentable. I would recommend this. Everything was perfect. I bought this for 34$, now the the price came down to 27.xx so totally worth buying. Highly recommend. The light can be used as regular light as well, it won't shut off after 15 min. Shipping was super fast, arrived with in a day. Comparison photo is attached.

The ring light is great! It's got an easy to raise and lower tri-pod. The light itself goes from dim to very bright and with three light settings you can get exactly the look you want. In daily use I'm at my desk so I set it up behind my monitor/camera, but in other uses I have used the phone holder and recorded from there. It's stable and solid. The issue: NINE MONTHS IN... a few days ago it quit working. It's not the bulb either... it's something shorted out - probably in the switch. There is a blue glow when the light is not in use, that comes and goes as does the ability to turn the light on. Sometimes the blue light is even glowing and it still won't turn on. It had been used behind my monitor for days before this started happening, so it wasn't any harm done on my part. It just quit turning on one day. It's not the transformer - tried several. It doesn't seem to be the cable itself. Something just isn't connecting anymore. :( Five stars down to three because it didn't even last a year.

I bought this light for video conferencing for work. My office has a window right behind me and this light is strong enough to counteract the backlighting and make my face clearly visible. It is light weight and sturdy. Height is adjustable, although it doesn't go very low. I have it behind my monitor and just above the top edge of the screen, which is nearly the lowest setting. At maximum extension you can probably place it on the floor. The large 10" ring provides extremely evenly diffused light and doesn't blow out your face while leaving sharp shadows like a point light would. The diffuser on the light is excellent, I can run long video sessions with this light pointed at my face and not feel blinded. The light control is on the cord, easy to reach and easy to use. Note: the lamp "forgets" its previous setting if its power is reset so it is recommended that you plug the USB power cable into the provided power supply and not your computer. Finally, the little rubber feet on the tripod are soft and cover the whole foot regardless of tripod adjustment and will not scratch your desk. Great product, would recommend for anyone doing video conferencing.

It has 3 colors & multiple levels of brightness. It also came with a nice box for storage. The android user in me was a little irked that the iphone button on the remote was so large & the android button was like an afterthought- but it worked so that's a minor thing. I did have a little trouble extending the legs at first.. then I figured out that if the dots are lined up-- that means it is unlocked. It's really durable too-- it's already withstood the dog somehow getting under it & knocking it down twice. (my dog is dumb) I felt a little vain getting one of these lights but you know what-- it really is flattering & doesn't have to just be a selfie light. It provides flattering light & cuts down on harsh shadows -- which is SUPER helpful if you are not a 18 and a size 1... (anything to help hide wrinkles, double chins etc is always welcomed!) It also cuts down on red eye and pet eye, and was super-helpful when taking a pic of my nephew who always and I mean ALWAYS blinks with the flash.
