Can i curl.my hair after the 3 days with hot curler

Yes, because 3 days is how long it takes for the disulfide bonds to “stay bonded” for the next 6-10 months depending on type of hair. Also, once you curl your hair with a hot curler, you’ll notice your hair slightly straighten throughout the day even with lots of hairspray. Once you wash your hair, your hair will go back to being straight again. To keep hair nice and straight, do the process of Liscio every 6-10 months. I have wavy curly Asian thick hair and need to re-do Liscio steps every 8 months. What is the difference between green, blue, yellow

The "blue" or strong for healthy hair. The "green" (normal) is for, well, healthy, but not that healthy hair. Lastly, the orange or the mild is for weak or damaged hair. You can mix the mild with a knoteur zero 2-in-1 for a weaker effect, though I haven't tried it myself. You can also use it to protect the pre-straightened hair.
