Will this work on microwaveable kilns

This product is made to work with fire (refractory) brick. Microwave kilns are made with ceramic fiber and I'm not sure that you will achieve good results. --Scott Sunshine Glassworks Ltd. Buffalo, NY 14227

Will this work like a glue to fix a broken tile rack?

Works great for repairing cracks etc. I really am not confident that it can fix a broken tile if its completely broken off.

Would this be safe for repairing a ceramic outdoor grill?

I don't think so. I used it to repair cracks in my kiln and it ruined my kiln. There were no directions with it so I just put it in the cracks. 6 months later I am still finding bits of cement in my glass. Don't recommend unless you don't mind bits of cement in your bbq food.
