Finally, I was bruised and pretty miserable.My riding friends suggested me to buy a pair of cycling underwear,so after purchasing these and getting a little more riding in, its not a problem any more. These shorts provide enough cushion,my most recent trip was about 18 miles,there was still no soreness after.The shorts are cute and have just the right amount of padding in them in all the right places.and it is extremely comfortable & your lady parts can def breath lol you dont feel constricted at all. The fabric is nicely ventilated, soft, and they fit well in all the right spots.I also wear them over my underwear and under my regular shorts. You could wear these out in public as just riding shorts, It is comfortable and did not feel bulky.
