Even if you never use it It's comforting to know that you have it. Just make sure to check and see that it's charged up every 3 months or so. This is a must-have item in your car. You can throw away your old jumper cables!

Great product
Its been cold here in Dallas I needed to start my 02 F150 5.4 Triton V8. The battery was completely dead so I got out my JUMTOP E18 and used it for the first time and wow I got surprised it worked my truck came back to life I'm definitely thinking about getting 3 more of these units. Charge the unit once you receive it and put it to charge once you use it so that it won't fail on you

Know what you're getting
Starts a dead car easily. Great safety device in an age when brand new car batteries seem to fail without warning. But this will only charge my phone once (3400mAhr) so I don't know how they claim 14000 mAhr battery. The primary function of starting a car works great, but don't expect to charge your phone more than once with this. Customer service is excellent as others have commented.

Saved my day
Bought the Jump-starter with the express intnet of charging a car battery. Was pleasantly surprised with the carrying case and multiple charging cables for batteries (USB type connections). The charger quickly charged to full capacity and when I put it on the terminals and cranked, it turned right over. The easiest jump start I've ever performed. No messy cables, chasing down soemone w/ cable, ensuring sequence is correct, etc. Highly recommend it for ease of use, cost, and mostly conveinence. It charged the car but also can charge multiple phones.

This is my second jumper from this outfit and I still can not get it to work, I am doing evrything it tell me to do and nothing not even the usb ports work I need help with this one

Hope I never need it
I don't have a dead battery to test it with and hope I never do. I read some of the reviews so I knew what I was getting and they were spot on. Example: don't buy this for charging phones. These batteries are better used for a lot of juice all at once. Kind of like a deep cell used on a boat. Charging your phone will eat up half the charge in the battery. I have other batteries for that use anyway. The one thing I'm not crazy about is the weight of the bag with all the pcs. I purchase the battery because it's so light weight. What I didn't know is - the clamp are VERY well build and heavy. Just have to take the battery and clamps (parts I need) on the motorcycle and leave the rest home. I'll update the charge capabilities if I ever need I need it.

Great little battery pack!
This is a small product that packs a lot of power. I'm glad it takes up very little cargo space and keeps a charge for months. A friend left her truck with the lights and radio on and drained her battery. This little guy started her right up with minimal effort.
