Please advise/help. I got an "undeliverable" return email from vikinginfo@clippercorp.com, the email address listed on the packaging's warranty info. The trays were GREAT, for only maybe a couple months. (package says one year warranty) I think the technology just isn't quite there unfortunately. The trays were used for baking chicken at 400 degrees, and we only use non-scratch dish pads. Thank you in advance for any help. I DON'T SEE HOW TO RETURN THESE POORLY MADE TRAYS! They seem to have slightly changed the coating because it now has little specks in the coating to give it a more “granite” look. Unfortunately, this new coating does not seem to be holding up as well as the original coating (that was a plain white color). After just a few uses it has already discolored.
