Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  My boyfriend ordered it on 6/27. It was sent off from the seller (in China) on 7/5, and was delivered here in California on 7/14 (with standard shipping). It is absolutely beautiful and shiny! The name part came wrapped in a plastic bag, and then the whole necklace went in a plastic bag again. It comes in a box along with a cloth cleaner as well.Though it's not a huge deal, there are two little divots in two of my letters, the A and B. I thought that was odd. And the clasp has a small gap, which I'll probably close myself with some pliers. But for the price, how can anyone complain?Edit: I bought a second and will probably buy a 3rd. Both necklaces have only stayed shiny on the front and back though. Not on the top or bottom.

I love this necklace! Being a Disney fan, I chose the ‘Walt’ font. The quality is well made, good color, & exceeds my expectations. Delivery time: ordered Aug. 9 & received Sept. 12. (It came from China to the US West Coast.) I would order again with confidence!

Worth the wait! Such a beautiful necklace it looks like it costs a couple hundred dollars. I wear it all the time even in the shower and it has yet to turn green. And even if it does shoot I’ll buy another one for that price!

I just got my necklace in the mail today it came in a cute box with a cleaning cloth. My name was spelled correctly and just like I ordered it. It took about 3 weeks to get it but it was worth the wait I love it. I definitely recommend this one to anyone looking for a name necklace. 😍😍😍😍😍😍

Recieved my necklace in the mail today. I ordered one of the double name ones and both names were spelled correctly exactly the way I wanted it. I absolutely love it! It did take about a month to get to me but it was well worth the wait.

I did not like the look of the necklace after I received it, the look is cheap, on the site it looked elegant and worthy of my teenage daughter being proud to wear it. Their response to my request to return was: Resized or altered jewelry cannot be returned. I DON'T LIKE IT, there was nothing on the order that said anything about Resized or altered jewelry cannot be returned. This is horrible customer service. I will NEVER order from them again and now I am stuck with a necklace I do not like

I bought this necklace for my daughter who is just 7 and a half months old now. It is a great starter necklace as I figured if I paid a couple hundred for one she would soon outgrow it. It looks super cute on her (can't seem to get a good picture of her wearing it) and she doesn't seem to be pulling it on it either. The only thing is that it rolls up into her neck area especially when she naps but I just put it on her when we are going out now. I plan to buy one for myself now with both of my kids' names on it.

The necklaces are beautiful don’t get me wrong I love them but it took what felt like ridiculously long for them to come. But I ordered the regular cursive and the monogrammed arrow necklace and I love them but I wish I ordered two of the arrow necklaces. And if your getting two get two diff links so you can have the layered look.
