Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles Treatment Multi-Use Concealer, 095, 1 Count (Packaging May Vary)

So I just hit 40 and my skin is getting dryer and I notice I’m starting to get real dark circles under my eyes. So I’ve bought every color corrector I could find (I can’t just use concealer anymore it does nothing for me!) So then I need to put concealer on top of the color corrector. I’ve tried both light weight, medium, and full coverage concealer over them and they all crease so bad! If I don’t set my under eyes my make up smears so bad and my mascara some how ends up on my under eyes too making my dark circles even worse!!!😭 So I have to use powder but then when I do it gets all cakey, crusty, and patchy. I also feel the color correctors adds to the thick crusty patchy look. I have light medium warm skin so when I finally tried this it looked like straight white paint on me (I got one of the lightest eye brightener shades) I was really nervous because it seemed different. It has a kind of sticky- pasty texture to it. And once it dries it’s not going anywhere! But it gives you enough time to work with it before it completely sets and never budges. After it dried it felt totally fine and not heavy at all. I put my lightest coverage concealer on and my favorite hydrating loose powder and OMG!! No crust, cake, or patches!! My under eyes looked more natural not like I have pounds of makeup on. It even covers up my dark circles really good too!! But u can still see a light hint of dark so I’m going to try one of my heavier concealers to see how that works. But Im honestly so happy with the results. I use to love makeup but now that my skin is changing I’m having such a hard time with it. Ive always hated that full coverage dry cakey look that I was forcing myself to use for my dark circles. So this has helped my self esteem so much 🥹 After trying so many different brands of make up trying to see what right for my aging skin and I’ve noticed it’s the drug store products that do wonders for me. Don’t be fooled by the prices. Just because it’s more expensive doesn’t make it better sometimes those products are garbage. Try this it’s really cheap and it may work for you too!

This has a nice smooth texture and it covers and brightens dark spots. I believe this is the lightest shade, and it is certainly the lightest shade of any product of this type I have tried. My complexion is cool ivory and it’s always a challenge to find makeup that isn’t too dark for me. This color is super light and blends well. Highly recommend for folks with cool pale skin.

I purchased this to cover redness. I have a cool pink undertone and a fair complexion, and normally go with porcelain shades. Since there was no porcelain option available, I opted for the Cool Ivory. It’s very light, almost white. I then ordered Fair, which is a better match for me especially in the summer months. The product is thin and spreads easily, and a little goes a long way. I actually use it with no foundation because I am able to achieve the coverage I need while maintaining a lightweight feel and natural look to my skin, which is what I personally prefer. For reference, I'm 49, and although I am mostly indoors whenever I wear makeup, I live in a hot and humid climate. I took off one star because found the applicator pretty useless and the design of the container really needs improvement. Inside the container is a mechanism you twist up to push the liquid up into the soft applicator, and some product is absorbed by the applicator and therefore wasted. Product also gets all over the inside of the cap. The cap is domed and threaded and screws on, and it’s difficult to remove when you have moisturizer on your hands. And when you screw it back on you inadvertently turn the body with the other hand which forces more product up into the applicator, making a mess and wasting it as it gets all over the inside of the cap and some oozes out of the edge. It's a very clumsy design. Also, the applicator applies too much product and so I just end up spreading and blending it with my fingers. So really the applicator is completely useless and instead of helping, it hinders. A better packaging option would be a doe-foot dip applicator or, better still, just a bottle or tube of liquid which you can apply with your finger or your own brush or sponge. The product works very well, and can even be used as a foundation. I apply just enough where I need it to cover redness, blend out with my fingers, then apply translucent setting powder, the rest of my makeup, and setting spray, and am able to achieve full coverage with a nice lightweight feel and natural look that stays put throughout the day and although I'm mostly indoors, it does a good job withstanding heat/humidity. And I have no issues with it settling into fine lines. It looks quite natural, and I receive lots of compliments on my makeup from ladies of all ages. Since my initial review, I have purchased this about 6 more times. It's become my go-to.

I’ve bought this concealer a few times and love it. Im very pale and shade 95 matches my skin tone perfectly. It blends well and provides great coverage. It also hides the bags under my eyes! The sponge applicator works well and gets the job done. Will definitely be buying this again!

Nice coverage for dark circles but I have to admit I had trouble picking the right shade Lasts nicely and blends well with other makeup Don’t know about “instant age rewind” but it does make the area underneath my eyes looks better

I wanted to switch from a heavy matte concealer and try something new. I like how radiant this concealer is on the skin, even if it is a matte formula, it doesn’t look/or feel that way. It’s light, and It doesn’t cake or set into your fine lines. After setting with powder i was set in place all day which can’t be said the same with other brands.. oop cons- the sponge application is weird! it’s weird lol! but i think with time i can get used to it. With that, It’s very satisfying twisting it upon first use. I like that this is such a versatile concealer, it covers dark spots, it’s buildable, it can be used as highlight/ bronzer. i’m happy i tried this, I will definitely be buying again 🤍

This is the best undereye concealer I've tried, and I've tried many over the years... Including high end concealers. The coverage of this concealer isn't quite full coverage, but it's all you need if you don't have extremely dark circles. I bought this shade in cool ivory, it's very brightening on my porcelain skin. This concealer in the cool ivory shade is best suited to fair skin tones. I have to say, I'm so happy they actually have a great shade range for so many different skin tones. That's the way it should be! Well done, Maybelline.

I am very fair skinned & found cool ivory too white under my eyes. The texture & longevity bare decent & this is one of the better drugstore products for under eye darkness that is not cakey. Can be layered.
