Seems to be alright. I am just not sure how much it helps me.

I decided to just take a tablespoon of flavored milk of magnesia. Much Easier!

I purchased for a few reasons: regularity, blood pressure and sleep. I chose this brand because of its ingredients. Worked almost immediately for regularity, as I expected. The jury is out regarding the blood pressure and sleep, even after finishing the first bottle. I’m on my second bottle (I take 2 capsules per day, per instructions). Overall, this is the best magnesium I’ve tried - no side effects at all. Wish these supplements weren’t so pricey, though. Full disclosure, the company is offering a free bottle for honest reviews on Amazon.

I love this Magnesium 500 mg! I was able to relax and destress and sleep like a baby! That's rare for me because I have terrible anxiety and Insomnia! Especially at nighttime! This Magnesium relieved both of those! It also helped with my Fibromyalgia! It eased symptoms so I could feel better! The pain and achiness from my Fibromyalgia was decreased by a lot! I only got this by Flyby Naturals Magnesium 500 mg! I'm a customer for life! I'll keep this in my supply because it's become my necessity and lifeline! Thank goodness for this relief!!! Amen! I've been suffering way too long! This is pure and potent and there isn't anything I dislike about this product! I highly recommend it! I'm totally happy with this Magnesium!!!

The flavor is a bit like stale cardboard but defi5easier to swallow than some other vitamins I've taken! When I became pregnant I was forced to go off medication that controlled my neuropathy in my legs and back, my midwife suggested supplementing a high dose of magnesium to help with the symptoms... this brand was the highest quality I could find for this price and I've been on it for well over the 9 months of my pregnancy! I just wish the flavor was a little more palatable but, alas, vitamins tend to have an unpleasant taste so I'll take it :P

One of the best magnesium supplements I have ever used. Very potent and effective. I paid for my bottle, in case you were wondering. I get awful restless legs and am generally an anxious person. My friend told me to take several magnesium to help calm me. It works like a charm. This one does cause a little loosening of the bowels, like some do. Not my main concern. I just want to sleep like a baby and not be a nervous wreck. I also got their daily grass hemp oil and I like it too. 😏

I was really excited and happy to find magnesium citrate in a high mg plus CAPSULE form. I’ve been looking for a while as I found this combination impossible to find. I’ve been taking a caplet form for several years and caplets are awful ... impossible to swallow! WHAT A DIFFERENCE A CAPSULE MAKES ... THESE ARE SO EASY TO SWALLOW! I pitched my caplets and I’ve already ordered a second bottle! I sleep well ... probably better because the pills were easy to swallow! No pill taking stress before I go to bed!
