If you have a spare serial port, you can hook it up and use the Betaflight Configurator to point the flight controller to the GPS on the ports tab, then turn on the GPS functions on the settings tab. Can this plu right into an iflight succex-e f7 flight controller? or do i have to solder it in?

You need 5volt a ground a RX and a TX now if you have a plug on your flight controller that has that and some of them do that’s where it needs to go but I can tell you this it’s worth putting it on either way because it’s saved me from loose n my drone 10 times and coming from some one thats lost 4 dji drones that is some thing worth have n and you can set it up in beta flight to kick in and fly back at you at signal lost so but that’s what you need and also keep up with the number of rd and tx u use because you have to turn them on in BF and set. Up gps

I don't know that answer because I never had to replace the battery yet due tack the battery out and the #is on the battery
