Great tape if you know how to apply it
I love this tape! It has been amazing for me personally as I have hypermobility. I use this tape if any of my joints are flaring up, it helps to give you a nice structured feel to your joint when you need support. I would recommend googling how to pay for different areas though, as there are 5+ different ways just for Carpal tunnel in your wrists alone. The only thing I disliked was the glue residue that is a little difficult to get off, but I found out that hand sanitiser or anything alcohol based will get it off in no time. Overall I couldn't fault this product, I will definitely be buying again. Great value for money and works very well.

Not a gimmick
I was super sceptical of these kinesiology tapes however, once I placed them on my knees (after my physiotherapist did initially) the difference it made is noticeable straight away. I had early onset arthritis in my 20s but have had 3 patella realignment on 1 knee over 12 yrs, and I'm in strong pain relief. This made a difference as it helped with reducing the pressure on the kneecap (patella) and stopped the "popping" feeling under the knee cap too. This also stopped the clicking in the knees and definitely helped with stability. It's easy to cut to the length you need and to remember to cut the edges. They're sweat proof and clothing proof as long as you have it stuck down correctly. (also was shower proof too - stayed in place) These are easy to remove too after a few days just hold onto the skin and pull the tape off in the opposite direction, slowly. I can definitely tell the difference in all of the above matters on the days I don't have the tape on. Wish the price was reduced a little making it easy to repurchase.

Good quality
Went to a physio and they covered me in tape the first time, they advised me to get some of my own so I did. This is virtually identical to what they used on me but it's much cheaper than what they had. I had the choice of colours to pick from and made my choice. Really happy with it, it's a bright colour and it stands out. It was really easy to put on and only took a minute or two to get it right. Well worth knowing how to put it on correctly though, gives muscles that bit of relief and support that they need. I attached a few pics so you get the idea of it.

Definitely worth purchasing!
I was skeptical at first because I normally use KT tape but I purchased this because it was 3 rolls, cut and cheaper. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and durability of it. The adhesive is better than they rate it because it definitely sticks to your skin and support it. I am pleased with the quality of this tape so I will purchase again when I need it!

It's okay...
The adhesion is okay - I had no skin issues after using it like some other reviews have mentioned, and I do tend to have reactions to fabric backed plasters, so that was a relief. However in order to get any sort of support with it I did have to use an excessive amount of tape that just felt wasteful. Overall I'd recommend paying a little bit more to get a better product that offers more support - this product is just nicely coloured bandage tape.

Great item
My son uses Deilin Kinesiology Tape when he plays football, he put it on his knees and ankles. It gives him support as he has had an injury years ago. Great value for money

Tape works great... but difficult to remove
First thing to say... if you've got hairs where you're putting the tape, please maks sure you shave them off before you put the tape on. It hurts a lot pullign it off otherwise LOL. It does stick really well, but can be difficult to remove, even washing the residue off is tricky. I was using it to deal with plantar fasciitus and it did help (there's videos online showng best way to apply it).

Great
Have bad knees , got no cartilage and have tried many different ways to help, tablets supports etc tried this tape out of desperation for some relief and I was amazed to find it does help, it doesn't remove the aches or pains but somehow it makes it a little less painful and a little easier to handle. This may be in my head I don't know and I don't care it is helping so I am keeping on buying it. As I said works for me.
