Protein Powder is expensive....but it is also breakfast five days a week or more. I recently lost weight and was feeling sluggish and like I had also lost muscle (I'm a 54 yo female). I started making myself protein shakes as I realized my diet was too restrictive and I was not getting enough protein. I had originally started with one brand went to another and finally landed on this one. The value is there as to cost per serving/scoop. The flavor is surprisingly good and I feel good after I drink it. It does not negatively effect my stomach so its all good I am happy with this choice.

Mixes well, too sweet for me personally.

You can't eat too much or you bloat (was trying 50g at a time) but if you stick to one serving it's good
