I intended to put it into my collection. I hated the pocket clip. I've always preferred the clip to be at the base of the handle and not at the blade end. So I took the clip off. Being in the UK I wasn't going to take it out anyway. I started to gravitate to it when I wanted a handy cutting tool as the edge was quite sharp.It now fitted my hand perfectly. All I had to do now was somehow sort the access to the locking mechanism. It wasn't easy to use as there wasn't easy access to it. So I cut away a part of the handle without damaging the structure of the handle in anyway. All I did was to increase the access that my thumb had. It is now perfect for me.
