Q: I'm looking for the Sone rating of this sump pump?

This sump pump is very quiet, almost TOO quiet for my tastes. I could always hear my old pump at the end of it's cycling. That slight noise allowed me to know how fast it was cycling. If there was a drenching downpour and I didn't hear it cycle, I knew something was wrong (it being accidentally unplugged). The old pump's minor noise far outweighed the potential for a flooding basement, hauling out the shop vac, mop, etc. for clean up. This pump is as quiet as a church mouse.

Q: Is this pump suitable for muddy water?
