I bought this a while ago, and I took it for a couple weeks, then forgot about it and it sat on the shelf. At the end of May my blood work showed a significant spike in my TSH. My sister reminded me about guggul. I immediately started taking this daily and I made sure I didn't skip. I went back for blood work yesterday and my levels are all good... see the screen shots of both labs.

I took these during my acne treatment and did notice some improvement in my skin. Breakouts were less often, and my skin looked a bit clearer. The capsules are easy to take and I like that they’re vegetarian. Not a miracle, but still a good product that I’ll keep using.

I've been taking these for less than a week. I started back taking odorless garlic, so all at once I take 2 of these, garlic, 1 81mg aspirin a day, flaxseed 1300mg, Vitamin C 1000mg, potassium, magnesium taurate, once a day. Sound like a lot? Well, I actually take fruit & other herbal supplements during the day like Sarsaparilla, Kelp, Ginger, DHEA & Ashwaganda, plenty of fiber, probiotics & enzymes. Over a year ago I was having ischemic pains in my chest and the doctor put me on BP med. I eat healthy! Nothing white, no bread, lots of smoothies, no beef, wheat, corn, sugar... Ischemic pains came back last week with vengeance, worthy of the ER, then Guggul arrived! As I stated above, my regime caused the pain to go away! The fear I had relieved, so I do this twice a day for now, until I get my cholesterol checked in a few months from now. I have a thyroid & adrenal issue, couldn't lose weight even if I starved myself! So far since starting the DHEA & Ashwaganda, no weight gain, restlessness, sleeplessness or moodiness. By the way I also take a stress B complex for years + Super D3 complex(selenium, zinc, vitamin K, A,E=recommended and created by my doctor, who believes in doing everything natural as possible). Hope this helps. Sometimes we give up too easy and take 1 pill expecting a miracle, when we have other issues going on in our bodies. I don't like taking a lot of pills, but I love living and am raising kids. Our family have a history of medical issues that I'm doing my best to avoid. I've actually done away with things that I've felt served me no purpose, but as for now I will not stop taking these, plus my Hemp oil, and one day I'll start back with my Juice Plus capsules(all natural fruits & veggies)! After 3 days taking these I was so sick. Took just 1 a day. By day 3, I was a mess! My stomach became distended with pain and burning feeling. I have fibromyalgia and ms and this stuff had everything flaring. Even my chronic bladder pain was increased. Abdominal cramps and bladder cramps. Felt like I was being stabbed with a knife! My nerve pain and fibromyalgia increased to a higher level. I felt uneasy and restless. Muscle pinching pain feeling. Couldn’t sleep and felt like my skin was crawling. Hard to explain. Had prickly crawly feeling on my skin. Felt increased muscle pain. Felt like I had been poisoned. Praying I feel better soon with no long term negative effects. Be careful with this one y’all. I hoped it would help joint pain and weight loss. Not worth trying especially if you have any underlining health issues. Be safe y’all 🙏🏻❤️

I use it to keep my acne under control. It doesn’t completely eliminate them but works in reduction combined with diet and facial hygiene practices
