I purchased this USB C charger for my daughter’s iPhone 12. The charger did not disappoint; charging her phone much quicker than Apple’s charger. It is also very well constructed with a pleasing appearance and convenient foldable plug. Since it worked so well, I purchased a second charger for my wife’s iPhone 11; with the same results ... quick charge, easy to use, happy iPhone users. Unfortunately, approximately 9 months after I purchased my daughter’s charger, the charger stopped charging her phone. I figured I would buy another one to replace her charger but first reached out to Anker’s customer support (via email) to see if they could help. I was very impressed that they immediately responded to my email; recommending I’d try to reset the charger by leaving it unplugged from outlet and phone for 5 minutes, then retry it. I did that and it appeared to fix the charger. (The little light on the charger was remaining lit (not blinking) and the phone was charging.) I thought, great, that was a quick and simple fix. Unfortunately, after about 5 minutes, charger stopped charging and light was blinking again. I let Anker know what happened and they immediately responded that they would send me a new charger. They also emailed the return postage label for me to send back the defective charger. I let the Anker customer service rep (Cathy) know when I mailed their charger back to them. At that point, Cathy sent the replacement charger to me. Of course, delivery was delayed due to USPS struggles with keeping up with demand, but no problem ... I still had one quick charger in the house for the two professional surfers and charged my phone using the slow route. I got the replacement charger via USPS shortly after Anker sent another charger believing their first replacement charger was lost. Replacement charger works great ... just like my original...and USPS delivered the “lost” charger yesterday...Really outstanding customer service and an outstanding product. I highly recommend this product based on its technical merits, but will remain a loyal customer to Anker due to its outstanding customer support.Thanks Cathy, Thanks Anker!

I've had this charger for a few years and it was great for my M1 MacBook Air! I've recently upgraded laptops, but this single charger has been so versatile in fast charging phones, iPads, etc.

UPDATE*** 12-1-21. Its held up. No replacement needed thankfully. Lets hope it stays that way. Blessings .I love this small little thing . Its so portable and the addition of the folding prong outlet is great. Again please do your research, you need a usb c to lighting cable as an addition to use this. Its like rock climbing and having protective gear they go hand and hand. I wish it didnt have the small blinking light since i feel if i drop the adapter it has more “things” inside. Nonetheless it isnt bright to annoy at all. Have not tried it for other usb c products aside from iphones but sure it will do job fine.So ignore the comment about this not coming with the cable , its not suppose too! I have the powerline II usb c to lighting cable to pair. Till this day have not gone wrong. Charges faster then expexted ! If it ever fails the adapter or cable im sure anker wont budge on replacing .

Do not spend money on an Apple or Belkin charger, Anker provides high quality with this charger, it fast charges my my iPhone XS and iPad Pro, 50% to 60% in 30 minutes.I've been using this for six months now and I had never a problem. I also bought a USB-C to Lightning cable from Anker and it's the perfect pair. I don't even use the charger that came with the iPad Pro, I just use this one because it's more than enough.30W it's more than enough to charge any iPhone in 2021, it will provide you with the maximum amount required by any iPhone, if the iPhone is capable of fast charging it will fast charger.Another nice thing it's that the it has foldable plugs which makes it fit in many places, great for travelers.Look no further, this is the charger you need for any iPhone in 2021.

This is ideal for business/frequent travelers who want to pack light but still have a very powerful and versatile product that can fast charge almost everything. It has a minimal footprint and is very light + a very convenient foldable plug.So far I tried it with iPhone X (direct USB C to lightning and through a wireless fast charger), Astell&Kern SP1000Cu, Anker PowerCore+ 20100 USB-C Portable Charger and a MacBook, it fast charged all of them without getting hot.It also looks really cool/premium with matt white plastic and glossy edges + a blue LED circle to indicate power is on.I highly recommend it.EDIT: Unfortunately I have to remove one star from my initial rating. The charger stopped fast charging my Astell&Kern SP1000Cu, it just cannot initiate a QuickCharge anymore. It is still charging it relatively fast but it is substantially slower than using my other Anker QuickCharge 3.0 chargers.

I use the 40W model of this charger for my Android phone. I use the 65W version for my laptop. When I was using the 40W version of this charger for the laptop I was getting a notice that it was undersized and that I should switch to the charger that came with the laptop. After changing to the 65W Anker model, that message stopped.I like the compact size of the 65W Anker charger, and it performs as well as the OEM charger that came with my laptop only the Anker is a fraction of the size of the OEM charger.It is unlikely that I could plug two 65W Anker chargers into the same outlet due to the spacing of the outlets. But I have no problem plugging in both a 40W and a 65W into the same outlet.I use the 40W for my phone and the 65W for my laptop.
