Will the binocular attachment fit Canon 12 x 36 IS III which has a barrel size of 58mm & bulks up towards the eyepieces to accommodate the batteries?

I am sorry but I can not say with 100% certainty that our bino bracket will fit those binos. It should but there is a lot of step downs in the shape of the barrel so i am not sure you will get good contact with the bracket. Cotton Carrier
