Perfect for second trimester back pain
Working from home full time, my desk chair was giving me back pain probably to do with my posture. I have switched to using the ball instead of a chair and it has relieved my back and hip pain — I also have followed some pregnancy exercise videos using the ball which have proved really useful!

Does as it should
This was purchased for use during pregnancy, the ball requires a bit of effort to inflate with the supplied pump and then 24 hours after the initial inflate required a little more air, it was then fine and no more air was added for the 4 months that it was used. Overall good value and good quality
