If you have digestion problem then don't go for it otherwise it is good for morning meal with peanut butter and bananas and dry fruit

a very decent oats, go for it, it's truly good. not like the authentic rolled oats but still makes a pretty savory bowl of overnight oats, still chewy and textured.
