Where can I buy replacement magnetic plates?

Ask Syncwire to send you some. I would imagine they can help

Does the magnet work with heavy duty rubber case. thanks

I have a not very heavy duty case and the magnet is weakened significantly

Does this work through a tough armour case

depends what phone (weight) and how thick is the case .... I have galaxy a51 it's a big phone and I prefer to stick the metal on the case, not under , holds better. generally I do recommend that holder .

Can any magnets be used as i lost mine and dont want to purchase the whole bit

If you're referring to the plates on the phone, these can be purchased on their own. They're just bits of metal with a sticky back. The holder itself I don't know
