A few cable ties, screws etc. but you will need to buy extra

Q: How do you attach this to a wall?

You have to drill and rawl plug holes in the wall to line up with anchor tabs on the tile then using suitable screws fasten to the wall. Do each tile in turn interlocking it to the next.

Q: Anyone tried attaching to internal walls using strong glue such as 'no more nails'? I plan to attach in a long strip across the bottom of a wall

It's unlikely you'd get sufficient surface area for a good contact for glue
