How do you put batteries in the electric pen?

Unscrew the top, to put the batteries in, although the pen that you have looks different to mine. I suggest that you try unscrewing or pulling it straight up, there may be a tab that you push in at the same time as pulling. I do hope this helps, you will definitely be addicted to this craft. I have made artwork on canvases for friends ,and they are absolutely delighted with them, it is a talking point for them or anyone that sees them. M. Johnson

I think it came with 'chinese' words on the delivery label although it was received in a few days after ordering.
