Adds options and speed to deployment of pepper spray
First off this product is well made, solid, with smooth operation. I use it on an 1.50 width steel core belt which is thick, this holster has plenty of room for a wider belt but is snug on a belt this thick. I like the snugness as the holster doesn't move or shake around. I use the larger container Saber brand red gel pepper spray which is 1.5 inches diameter. It is at the top end of what this holster will hold and I didn't have to tighten the retention screw much as it holds this size really firmly. The ability to deploy the spray quickly from the bottom (preferred) or top at the push of a button is pretty slick and well thought out.

Definitely worth it.
Makes deploying OC fast but it's hard to get it back on the bracket especially if you're needing to put it away quickly. The safety cover kept coming off and it finally got lost which isn't big deal. I really like it I carry it on my duty belt and have used it a few times. I highly suggest buying one. I've got one for me and my Lt.

Very subjective review. Reader beware!
I got tired of the snaps breaking on other OC spray holders for the MK3 spray so I tried this one.Let's start with the good:-It secures the canister perfectly.-After practicing drawing it, it's very easy to deploy. Now the bad:-The clip that swings up and down to protect the trigger is too easily manipulated. What I mean is that when I sit down, the gear on my vest hits it and pushes the clip down. I'm always re-engaging it which is quite annoying. Slinging a weapon across the chest also causes the same problem; it hits the clip and pushes it down.-The hard belt loop takes up a lot of realestate on the belt. If you're on the thinner side, you know how precious every inch is on the front of the belt. This takes up A LOT of room.-The hard belt loop also causes the bottom of the holder to dig into my thigh when I'm sitting. The holder is about a half inch longer than the MK3 canister so that is why it digs in. (I MacGyver'd that half inch with a dremmel and have since had no problems. It doesn't affect the functionality of the holder either.)All in all, if you use this holder as an every day carry, get used to how it draws, how it locks, the clip that protects the trigger is a bit wonky and the space that is lost on your belt. If you have this holder on an outer carrier, then it's good. If it's on a belt, it's meh.

Fit For Duty
The ORPAZ OC holster does a VERY fine job of doing what it's supposed to. It stays wonderfully secure on my duty belt (not sliding, pinching, gouging the leather, etc). It takes a bit to get used to, especially after years of training with traditional leather-and-snap holsters, but once you get the hang of it, it works like a charm. I carry mine in the upside-down orientation, as it allows for faster deployment. I've even been able to detach it from my belt during a physical altercation to prevent the offender from using it against me. My only gripe about this product is that the trigger guard does not stay attached during use. I ended up losing the original trigger guard during a physical altercation, and I was sent a replacement at no cost (other than waiting about a month, but it was free so what can I say). After receiving the second, that one lasted about 4 weeks and that, too, was lost in another altercation. Now, thankfully, the way I have it oriented prevents any accidental discharges, so I don't have much to worry about, but it's certainly something to keep in mind when considering this product. Overall, I love it. I've recommended it to my peers and co-workers and have even had people ask about it due to its unique design. I am quite pleased.

Great product!!!
Being a detention deputy at the jail I’ve always had a fear that if we ever had to go hands on with an inmate it would be to easy for them to grab my pepper spray out of the simple case that’s issued by the department!! I wanted something that would eliminate that worry! Let’s be honest, having an inmate grab your pepper spray and us it against you would make for a very bad day!! This piece of equipment eliminates that worry! The pepper spray sits firmly and tightly in this product to where no one can pull it out! Also unless you know how the release works you want be taking this off of my duty belt! Needless to say this product helps you to have a piece of mind that no one will be using your pepper spray against you! That makes the 30 dollar price tag well worth it in my book!!!

Good for law enforcement
I decided to give this product a try over one of the triple digit big name competitors because I like paying for functionality and not big name price. I picked the spray/cuff combo. I’m impressed. There is a tightening screw so you can get your spray snug. It holds my cuffs well. I carry the old school smith&wesson chain cuffs which I do have some room so for you fellas who have the thicker polymer cuffs it’ll fit yours as well. The spray holster has a quick release button that works well. And yes I’ve already put this product to the test. I work at a sheriffs office - corrections division. We get our fair share of distress calls. And if you know you know. Blasting through doors, sprinting through hallways, taking suspects down, etc. can really put the gear on your duty belt to the test. This held up well. Everything stayed put. I would recommend this! I’ve even had several fellow officers checking out my new “bling”. Plus it’s two items on your duty belt in one!
