How many cups will it serve?

Hard to answer since I returned my purchases bc the dispenser valve is faulty and it doesn’t retain heat.

I need a way of dispensing hot apple cider. Do you think (during use) the dispenser nozzle would clog?

If there are tiny spices they could get potentially stuck preventing the nozzle from closing all the way cause it to leak. If there are not any spices you should be good, or keep your spices tied up in cheese cloth.

Provides the intended service

So far so good,As of now we have only used it for keeping cool water by putting iceIt keeps water cool for a considerable amount of time.Water gets consumed before it gets the chance to get hot.Infact it stays cool for even longer like may be 14 to 16 hours
