SainSmart Genmitsu 10Pcs Nano Blue Coat End Mill CNC Router Bits, 0.8-3mm, 1/8" Shank

I don’t have a CNC! So I can’t comment on their performance for this, but these work well in my Dremel, nice and sharp good for detailing at a slower speed or clearing waste on my wood carving projects. The smaller ones are easy to break, however this could be because I’m using them differently.

what can we say about the SainSmart Genmitsu 10Pcs Nano Blue Coat End Mill CNC Router Bits we found that ever time the cut was perfect to the point we will only use SainSmart Genmitsu tools in my SainSmart Genmitsu 3020 PRO MAX CNC mill that way I know the job will always turn out perfect

Very good milling tools for wood. The actual filing section could have done with being 10-15mm longer as they are very short but you get the job done eventually!

I bought these mill end router bits to use with a Shaper Origin for a project that needed some small bits for inlay work in hard wood. I have been really pleased with the results. Given the size of these bits I did not try any aggressive cuts and the results have been great. They are not expensive and are a great way of increasing routing/milling options.

These bits are great! However, my set didn't come with all the sizes listed in the description. The bits I received are 1.5, 1.6, 1.8 (x2), 2.0 (x2), 2.4 (x2), 3.175 (x2). Not a big deal for me, and I am happy with that assortment, having 2 bits of the most sizes. But be aware if it's important for you to have all the listed sizes.

Ich habe sie für verschiedene Materialien wie Holz, PVC und Aluminium benutzt und sie zeigen keine Anzeichen von Verschleiß. Die Schnitte sind sauber und präzise, was bei meinen CNC-Projekten echt wichtig ist. Das Set enthält verschiedene Größen und Formen von Fräsern, was es zu einer vielseitigen Ergänzung für meine Werkstatt macht. Ich kann immer den passenden Fräser für meine Projekte finden. Die Fräser passen perfekt in den CNC-Fräser und rutschen nicht. Der Preis ist auch absolut fair für die Qualität, die man bekommt. Ich habe schon teurere Fräser gekauft, die nicht annähernd so gut waren wie diese. Alles in allem kann ich die SainSmart Genmitsu Nano Blue Coat CNC-Fräser echt empfehlen. Sie sind nicht nur langlebig und vielseitig, sondern auch sehr präzise und machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Eine tolle Ergänzung für jeden CNC-Hobbybastler oder Profi!

I have used these to cut wood, plastic, aluminum, hardened steel, and stainless steel. So far they have worked very well and are still sharp as new. Haven’t burned up any of them yet. I like ‘em!!
