Tried the sample sachets first and they were nice but quite sweet and got a little sickly before the end, flavours were apple and strawberry/kiwi. Not sure if all packs come with these sachets but what i received did.These are meant to be used about 30 min before workout to give it time to kick in. I did feel a slight buzz with this and it does have a high caffeine content (300mg per 16g serving) I was surprised there was no "crash" after this which is good. With the main tub, the instructions say to use 16g per drink and to use the scoop provided, mine didn't have a scoop so I have been using scales instead. Mixed with water it tastes quite fruity and sweet.As for energy levels it did give me a bit of a boost to be fair so it did help, but it wasn't a massive improvement. Is the slight increase worth the £34.90? In my opinion no but that's just me. I have tried various brands such as 'Ghost' and in terms of affects, it is not greater nor worse than other brands, which is good and what I would expect (though the mg in caffeine is roughly 100g more than Ghost).So with the results being the same or unnoticeably different (in my opinion), flavour is the next BIGGEST purchase factor, but unfortunately for me personally, is where I'm not so keen. The scent of the Blue Blast pre-workout is amazing, as the name suggests it smells like a Blue Tango Ice Blast, though the taste is of raspberry but with an odd twang to it which I found to be neither tasty nor disgusting; however, the after-taste wasn't great.I'm not sure if all packages will include a sample sachet for their other flavours, however mine did and I think it's a brilliant way of getting their customers to try other flavours, so I hope they do.
