Great stuff. I was feeling really gassy. And my digestion wasn't good. And when I started taking this probiotics, my stomach felt much better really fast.

This supplement works great for good bacteria in my gut. If I miss a couple of days using it I can feel my tummy ache. The capsules are easy to swallow.

I am pleased with this product. I bought it to replace another probiotic with similar ingredients which was much more expensive. I have not felt any difference in my health, digestion or other areas which probiotics address, so I'd recommend it to those who are looking into taking one to boost their immune system and keep their "gut" healthy.

I bought this product for my wife and myself and purchased it initially due to being on antibiotics. I've continued use. Along with fiber supplementation, it helps keep your gut in clean health. I normally take this before dinner and assists with minimizing bloating and gas.
