The only real plus was they were a bit bigger and stacked when full in our freezer fairly well. But the plastic that encased them for shipping is cheap, and the lids are as well. Several were already broken upon unboxing, and others broke as we used them. The lids are terribly difficult to get off - lots of little notches on the side for the lid to snap into place. We didn't notice at first, and wondered why it was so difficult to get the lids off. We had a hard time getting them off most of the time, and we had lids break and/or things spilled in the process. We had leak issues too with liquids (I was putting homemade stocks and sauces in these). Definitely don't tip them AT ALL if you have liquids. You'll be cleaning up a mess.These were such a disappointment. Won't be buying again. We agreed to just use what we have until they eventually break, use them to give to people to take leftovers home from our house and put in recycling when done, and really only use when we absolutely have to. Dropped a few full boxes and they stayed together, no spills.Con:The lids are hard to get off and because the plastic is somewhat brittle both the lid and the container tend to chip easily (ouch)Plastic is thinner than expected. I wouldn't use them in the freezer myself for fear of cracks when expanding.Shorter shelf life than other similar storage container. I bought them in Oct 2020 and am down to a handful of boxes that are still useable.
