As far as I know, when you froze the roller, there will be some ice on the ball/sphere the longer you try to freeze it, the harder the ice is, and the ice will prevent the ball from rolling The roller may get stuck when you use it, and it will not roll smoothly. Can this product stay in the freezer permanently? I believe you can use oils with it but I don’t. I tend to freeze it then pop it in the fridge for a while to “warm up” a bit as it is very cold straight from the freezer. I use it mainly around my knees, hips & thighs just for a couple of minutes at a time & it does give some relief.
