Ovomaltine Cocoa with Malt - 1 BAG - 500 g -

i love Ovomaltine because I grew up with it, but it bis perfect foe my little one year old granddaughter. she is sick and can't keep food down. Ovomaltine is like a liquid meal with all the minerals and vitamins needed...and she loves it!!A bit pricey though

I grew up drinking Ovomaltine in Switzerland (both hot and cold) Its my favorite milk flavoring and very healthy too.

So happy to have found this. I grew up with Ovimaltine and we always had it in our house. This is the real deal from Switzerland. More malty and less sugar. Not your typical super sweet chocolate powder. Delicious.

What's all the hype about this stuff? First of all, I had to translate measure units to U.S. so I would get it right. Then I tried it cold. Added extra chocolate mix for more flavor. No big deal. So then I tried it hot. Huh, I must be missing something. I would recommend to save your money and stick with the popular brands we have here in the U.S. at a more reasonable price!

This product is not same as original Swiss version. There are few differences in terms of vitamins, minerals and sugar content. However taste is good. I bought my first ovomaltine in Bern Switzerland and brought with me to US. When this one arrived, i did a side by side comparison of both. Attaching pictures. This one has added sugar and is missing Iron and two vitamins. I have added pictures of front cover and ingredients list of German(first 3 pics) vs Swiss original(last 3 pics).

Fantastic vendor! Truly authentic Ovomaltine! My Mom is Swiss, she and her sister have enjoyed this "taste of home" for others who have tried "Ovalmaltine", you may want to try it from this vendor, the US Ovalmaltine just isn't the same.
